The MN State High School League has implemented new Concussion guidelines to be followed. Please see the attached for more information.

Also, if you would like to familiarize yourself with more information on concussions the following website walks you through the signs of a concussion, steps that should be followed, etc then quizzes you and allows you to print out a certificate once you're done.

SFBA has purchased a shooting machine called the Gun 8000. It is set up at the High School during Open Gym on Sundays. For a preview of what it looks like, click on the link below. This equipment is available for all SFBA players and is a great way to work on your shot.
